We have recovered of working capacity during two hours. We also took steps to prevent this situation in the future.
To deliver stability in website working we strongly recommend you to change A-record from 31.186.102.154 to 178.248.234.146.
How to change A-record:
1. Go to your domain register website (a website the site where you have bought the domain itself)
2. Open dashboard of domain managing (the place where you put A-record when you assign domain to your website on Tilda)
3. Change the value of А-record from 31.186.102.154 to 178.248.234.146
